This User Agreement is between you and The Love Consultant Limited 玄份顧問有限公司 for the use of 玄份 Find The Love (the "Platform"). By creating an account, clicking agree, or continuing to use this Platform, you agree to this User Agreement.

1) License to Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform in accordance with this Agreement.

2) Prohibited Conduct

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Do not remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Do not use the Platform for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Do not use the Platform for commercial solicitation, lead generation, or other unauthorized business promotion.

3) Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

4) Content and User Submissions

You retain rights to your lawful content. By submitting content, you grant us the necessary rights to host, process, and display it for providing Platform services.

5) Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on third-party services (such as payment, SMS, email, and analytics). Their services are subject to their own terms and policies.

6) Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7) Service Changes and Updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, and may release updates, patches, or fixes at any time.

8) Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Metaphysics and matchmaking guidance (including advice from counsellors or masters) is for reference only, and does not constitute legal, medical, mental health, or financial advice.

Any decision or action you take after receiving such guidance or using Platform services is your voluntary decision. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for resulting loss or impact, including physical, emotional, financial, or relationship impact.

The Platform only provides matching-related services and related guidance. Users are solely responsible for their own conduct on and off the Platform.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement, applicable law, or Platform rules.

10) Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11) Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
